Edible Protein Cookie Dough (thm S)
Gluten, grain, egg, and sugar free cookie dough that you can whip up in no time.

6 tbsp softened unsalted butter
1 1/2 scoops whey protein isolate
3 scoops collagen peptides
1/4 c almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp pyure or thm gentle sweet
1/4 tsp blackstrap molasses
1 - 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (plain or vanilla)
2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
pinch of salt
1Combine all ingredients except for the milk and chocolate chips in a small bowl.
2Add the almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the consistency is creamy and soft.
3Stir in the chocolate chips and refrigerate or enjoy!
The texture stays scoopable after refrigeration, so you can enjoy it at room temperature or straight out of the fridge!
