Main Ingredients

2 - 4 lb pork roast

3 tbsp olive oil

fresh or dried rosemary



1Coat roast with olive oil and cover with rosemary. Salt and pepper liberally. Sear all sides in a hot saute pan.

2Place in a shallow roasting pan and roast at 350 degrees for 30 minutes per pound.
