Main Ingredients

2 cans organic canned pumpkin puree

8 ounce organic cream cheese (softened)

1 cup organic brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon himalayan sea salt

1 organic egg plus two egg yolks

1/2 stick of organic butter (melted)

1 tablespoon organic vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

1 teaspoon of ground ginger

pre-made miniature graham cracker crusts


1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

2Set graham cracker crusts on baking sheet

3In a large mixing bowl (I used a kitchen aid mixer) beat the cream cheese with your mixer until it is soft.

4Next, add the pumpkin and vanilla extract and mix until combined

5Add the organic brown sugar, pumpkin spice, ginger, and salt

6Next add the egg, plus two egg yolks and combine

7Then add the butter at the very end and mix until you have a nice rich, orange color and everything is mixed together.
