1Melt chocolate, butter, and egg yolks in a saucepan until melted and combined and set aside.
2Whip heavy whipping cream, collagen peptides, and vanilla extract in mixer on high.
3Add melted chocolate to heavy whipping cream mixture and mix on high until combined.
4Mousse should be nice and fluffy! Add to dessert cups and add toppings of choice.
5Should keep in the fridge sealed for up to one week.
