Stir Fry

8 oz of rice vermicelli noodles, dry

6 oz beef, diced

1 box of tofu, cubed

1 cup of costco stir fry vegetable blend

1 tablespoon garlic

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 of oil (i used avocado, but canola or vegetable is suitable)

Stir Fry Sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon of fish sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoons sugar

1 lime juiced

1 tablespoon garlic

1/2 tablespoon ginger

1 tablespoon *optional: unami powder

Preparation

1Noodles: Cook noodles per package instruction. Set aside when done.

2Marinate: Marinate the beef in 1/4 of soy sauce and garlic for at least 15 minutes. Marinate the tofu in 1/4 of soy sauce for at least 15 minutes. Make sure to marinate them separately.

3Sauce: Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl set aside

4Heat a 1 tablespoon of oil in wok on high, cook stir fry vegetables until cooked through, about 5-10 minutes. Set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the tofu for 5 minutes. Set aside. Heat up another tablespoon of oil and cook the beef until cook through 8-10 minutes. Set aside.

5Heat up a tablespoon of oil and put the noodles in the wok to heat. Add the vegetables, tofu, beef, and sauce and stir to combine until sauce is incorporated, about 5 minutes.

6Dish up and serve by itself. Enjoy!
