Double Chocolate Protein Balls

Oooey, gooey deliciousness in a healthy version. These are great to pop in your mouth for an added protein boost and easy enough to take along on all your adventures. My husband loves them for his fishing trips because they pack easy and boost his energy levels!!

Main Ingredients

1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, i used young living

1/3 cup unsweetened coconut

2 tsp chia seeds

1/4 cup flax seeds

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter, organic

1/2 cup almond butter, organic

1/4 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

1 tsp vanilla

1 - 2 drops cinnamon bark vitality oil

1 - 2 drops thieves vitality oil


1Mix dry ingredients together, set aside.

2Mix wet ingredients together and stir into dry ingredients.

3Form into 1" balls

4If the dough is to dry add more coconut oil.

5Store in fridge for a week or in freezer for up to 3 months.
