3 (3 oz) packages of sugar - free jello
4 (7 g) envelopes knox plain gelatin
3 cups boiling water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1Add the flavored and unflavored gelatin to a medium sized bowl and mix.
2Add boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
3Stir in the heavy whipping cream.
4Pour into an 8 x 11 or similar sized pan.
5Chill until firm. About 3 hours. The cream will rise to the top, making two layers.
6Cut into 16 squares.
