Dilly Tuna Pasta Salad
I love dill in my tuna salad so I decided to reinvent a common potluck dish by adding lots of dill flavor!

Cook Time: 12:00
4 cups cooked bowtie pasta
3 cans or 15 ounces of canned tuna packed in water, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup pickles, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 pound dill havarti cheese (i find it at aldi), diced small
1/4 cup reserved pickle juice (add more if you want)
*1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced (optional)
*1/2 cup bell pepper, any color, chopped (optional)
1Combine all ingredients EXCEPT pasta into a large mixing bowl.
2Pour mixture over cooked, cooled pasta.
3Add salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate for later or enjoy immediately.
4*As always, make sure to keep cold foods cold and hot foods hot to prevent foodborne illness!
