Dessert For Breakfast Bowl
The perfect, snack, dessert or breakfast! Keeps you full and satisfies that sweet tooth.

1/2 c cottage cheese
1/4 c plain greek yogurt
1/2 c frozen berries
2 tbsp of granola
1 tbsp dark chocolate (chopped)
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
*you can use natural sweetener to mix into the yogurt + cottage cheese. try honey, maple syrup or flavoured stevia.
1Mix cottage cheese + yogurt in a bowl. (Add sweetener if desired)
2Defrost frozen berries for 20 seconds in the microwave.
3Chop dark chocolate.
4Top yogurt + cottage cheese with chocolate, granola + berries. Drizzle peanut butter on top.
You can swap ingredients as you wish. Some of the swaps I like are:
- using peanut butter powder instead of peanut butter if you want less fat
- use fruit of choice. Bananas make a delicious chunky money bowl, apples are always a good choice because apples and cheese go perfectly together
- chose granola with the least amount of sugars
