Main Ingredients

1 19 oz. can black bean brownies

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup e. d smith maple syrup

1/2 cup oats

2 tbsp egg whites

1 whole egg

1 scoop whey isolate

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup stevia

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 bar 80% dark chocolate chopped

Preparation

1Preheat oven to 350

2Spray 8x8 baking pan

3Add all ingredients into blender except dark chocolate and blend until smooth

4Pour into baking pan and stir in crushed dark chocolate

5Bake for 15-20 minutes
