OMG, the best and healthiest brownies ever!

2 heaping cups medjule or other moist dried date
2 cups of walnuts
1/3 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 9 baking cake pan with coconut oil or butter.
2In a food processor pulse dates till a pulpy consistency, may form small clumps. Remove from processor and add walnuts, pulse adding clumps of the dates a bit at a time till fully incorporated. Will still be clumpy at this point. Add egg, vanilla, almond milk and pulse to combine. Add in cocoa powder and baking soda and pulse carefully to fully combined. Your food processor motor may be taxed and may need to take breaks so as not to over heat it.
3Dough will be thick and sticky but somewhat fluid enough to scrap into prepared pan. With a spatula lay out the dough till fits pan, leveling it out.
4Bake for 25-30 minutes.
