Crockpot Unstuffed Peppers

Chop bell peppers and onion. Brown ground beef with oil and minced garlic. Add all ingredients to crockpot and stir well. Cook on low 8-10 hours. ENJOY!

1 cup low sodium beef broth

1/2 cup water
