Crockpot Salsa Chicken
You can eat this with rice, on a baked potato, wrapped in a tortilla, or just as it is – I've done all four.

1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
15 oz can of black beans-drained and rinsed
15 oz can of whole kernel corn
16 oz jar of chunky salsa
1 pack of taco seasoning
1Rinse the black beans and pour them into your crock pot. Pour in corn and salsa. Place the chicken breasts on top and sprinkle the taco seasoning on top of it all.
2Put the crock pot on low and cook for 8 hours.
