For the chicken:

1 white onion, diced

3 stalks of celery, diced

1 cup baby carrots, diced (or large carrot)

5 chicken breasts/thighs

16 oz chicken stock

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk/half and half

salt and pepper to taste

For sourdough dumplings:

1 cup sourdough starter

1 cup flour

1 egg

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp baking powder

salt and pepper to taste

For flour dumplings:

1/2 cup milk

1 cup flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
