Crock Pot Spaghetti (squash) & Meatballs
Your classic spaghetti & meatballs lightened up!

1 medium spaghetti squash
24 oz marinara
4 - 6 whole garlic cloves
1 lb ground turkey
optional: oregano, basil, thyme
1Pour your sauce, garlic cloves & olive oil into the crockpot.
2Use above seasonings to taste
3Cut spaghetti squash in half & scrape out the seeds
4Place spaghetti squash face down in the sauce
5Season meatballs with above seasonings (about a 1/2tbsp each)
6Please meatballs in the sauce around the spaghetti squash
7Turn on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5 hours
8Serve immediately or store in a sealed container for 1 week. (Also a great meal to freeze for later!)
