Main Ingredients

1/2 kg de auyuma

1/2 cucharita de sal

1/2 cucharita de aceite

1/4 kg de queso blanco duro


1Lavamos muy bien la Auyama, la cortamos en rectángulos medianos, llenamos una olla con 3/4 de agua y le colocamos la sal y el aceite y la Auyama, la ponemos a hervir por 15 minutos.

2Al estar lista, tomamos la ayuma y la colocamos en una licuadura con la cantidad de caldo que desee (si quiere la crema mas espesa o menos espesa).

3Servimos en un plato de sopa y agregamos el queso rayado
