Creamy Tuna Wraps (mayo-free)
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl except wrap, put half inside each wrap and enjoy (if you have extra tuna mix put it over some crispy greens like romaine and eat on the side).

2 whole tortillas (i like food for life baking ezekiel sprouted grain or flatout bread whole wheat wraps or siete foods grain-free)
1 can of wild-caught tuna in water
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/2 of an avocado mashed with fork
1 tbsp. evoo
1 tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of: salt, pepper, paprika

I like to mash up the avocado before I put it in but you can leave it chunky as well, just depends on your avocado texture preference.
