Creamy Peach Popsicles

Peaches and cream - a classic combination, has been updated with Greek yogurt and coconut milk. Not too sweet, just sweet enough. Super easy to make.

Main Ingredients

32 oz. vanilla greek yogurt

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

3 peaches, 2 peeled and diced and 1 peeled and sliced

3 tablespoons full fat, unsweetened coconut milk


1Add sugar, water and diced peaches to a saucepan.

2Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer on low for 10 minutes.

3Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 15 minutes.

4In a large bowl, mix yogurt, coconut milk and cooled peach syrup.

5Place in mold, sliding sliced peaches down the sides of the filled cavities and freeze.

Additional Notes

Substitute 1 cup of berries for peaches, following the same recipe.
