Mom's Creamy Chicken With Bacon
This is hands down my favorite chicken dish. It is so comforting on a cool day but so delicious I still crave it in the middle of the summer. It cooks up in an hour and all of the juices from the different meats blend together.

6 boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
6 slices bacon
1 package dried beef
4 ounces cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1Preheat oven to 375 F
2in a small pan on low heat melt together the cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup stirring often until cream cheese has melted.
3Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick spray
4Layer the dried beef on the bottom of the pan
5Wrap a piece around each chicken breast and lay each bacon wrapped breast on the dried beef.
6After the cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup has melted together pour over the chicken.
7Cover pan with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes
8Remove cover and cook for remaining 15 minutes
This dish goes perfectly with a baked potato and broccoli. I love using the sauce to pour over my baked potato. Make extra to use as a round two dinner by adding it to boiled bow tie pasta and reheated the left overs to crate a new dish.
