Creamy Beet Hummus (gluten Free, Vegan Option)

2 cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans), cooked
1 cup beets, cooked & chopped
2 garlic cloves
4 tbs olive oil
3 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs tahini
1 tsp sea salt
4 tbs feta cheese, crumbled
3 tbs fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
1In a food processor or blender, combine all hummus ingredients.
2Blend until smooth.
3Optionally: Garnish with feta & cilantro.
