Cranberry Apple Cider Sangria
Combine red wine, apple cider, cranberry juice, orange and honey in a large pitcher. Add cranberries and diced, unpeeled apples. Refrigerate for a few hours. When ready to serve, fill glasses 3/4 full and top off with sparking water. Garnish with cinnamon stick, serve & enjoy!

1 bottle red wine (750 ml)
3 cups apple cider
1 cup cranberry juice
1/2 orange, juiced
1/2 cup honey
1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup apples, diced (red or green)
1Combine red wine, apple cider, cranberry juice, orange and honey in a large pitcher.
2Add cranberries and diced, unpeeled apples.
3Refrigerate for a few hours.
4When ready to serve, fill glasses 3/4 full and top off with sparking water.

For a stronger sangria, use orange liqueur rather than a juiced orange. Honey tends to settle during refrigeration. Make sure to stir thoroughly before serving.
