Main Ingredients

3 cups coconut milk or coconut cream

1 1/2 cups rum

3 cups condensed milk

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

6 egg yolks**

ground nutmeg (for garnish)


1Mix all the ingredients except the nutmeg in a blender for 4 minutes.

2Put the drink in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

3Serve coquito chilled, with sprinkled nutmeg.

Additional Notes

**Coquito can be made with or without eggs. It is up to your discretion although I would recommend them!
