Copy Cat (dairy Free) Trader Joes Autumnal Harvest Pasta Sauce

Trader Joes just tends to do a lot of things really well. Their Autumnal Harvest Pasta Sauce is definitely one of them, but I wanted to try and make a version of my own that was dairy free. Their sauce definitely has that cheesy flavor to it, but otherwise I felt like my version definitely held up to theirs! Give it a try and see what you think!
