Main Ingredients

4 non gmo, organic, ethically sourced sausages (vegetarian, vegan or non veg)

4 buns of choice (whole wheat, grain, flax)

2 - 3 tbsp avocado oil mayonnaise (or dairy free mayonnaise)

1 avocado, mashed


1/2 - 1 cup sauerkraut

chili flakes to sprinkle (optional)


1Start to grill or pan fry your sausages without oil. Fry till they are cooked through and slightly smokey if desired.

2Till then, prepare your hot dog buns. Toast them or heat them up if you want.

3Mash your avocado to spread over bun.

4Once sausages and buns are ready, simply layer avocado oil mayonnaise (or vegan), then avocado. Place your sausage on top with mustard, sauerkraut and chili flakes (if using).

5Smush with the other slice of your bun and dig in!
