350 preheat your oven to-degrees
3 cups of gluten free flour
4 teaspoon's of baking soda
4 cup's of unsweetened organic cocoa powder
2 scoops of vital proteins collagen peptides
1 dash of salt
3 tablespoons of softened organic butter
2 cups organic brown sugar
2 organic eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon of organic vanilla extract
4 cups of organic almond milk
1Combine all dry ingredients together, the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, collagen peptides, and salt.
2Next, add the eggs, vanilla extract, softened butter, and almond milk
3Mix all ingredients in a Kitchen Aid Mixer on the medium setting until combined and thick.
4Make sure to spray organic cooking spray in the cupcake liners before pouring in the batter.
5Add batter to greased cupcakes liners.
6Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25-minutes.
7Test cupcakes with a fork, if it comes out clean your cupcakes are ready.
8Let cool for 15-minutes before adding frosting of choice.
