Main Ingredients

1 can unsweetened full-fat coconut milk

1 tbsp organic pure maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


1Chill coconut milk can overnight in refrigerator or 1 hour in your freezer.

2Remove coconut milk from refrigerator and freezer. Open the can checking to make sure that coconut cream has separated from the coconut water.

3Scoop the coconut cream out of the can and into a bowl making sure to leave behind the coconut water.

4Add maple syrup and vanilla extract in the bowl.

5Using a hand mixer on high, whip the coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together until it creates a whipped cream consistency.

6Serve immediately or place in refrigerator. If you save the whipped coconut cream for later, just make sure to quickly whip it up before serving to ensure the right consistency.
