Cinnamon + Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lighting grease your ramekin. In a medium sized bowl mash the half of a banana and then add the remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined. Main Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (not quick oats)

1/4 cup milk of choice (i used unsweetened vanilla almost milk)

1/2 small ripe banana, mashed, save the other half!

1 - 2 tablespoon(s) pure maple syrup or other liquid sweetener (amount depends on desired sweetness)

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

1 splash of vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lighting grease your ramekin.

2In a medium sized bowl mash the half of a banana and then add the remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined.

3Transfer to the greased ramekin and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out (mostly) clean.

4Let cool for at least 5 minutes and then eat either straight of the ramekin or on a plate. Slice the other half of the banana and place on top. Drizzle with more maple syrup if desired!
