Cinnamon Apple Twist Smoothie:
This one is my personal favorite.

1/2 cup of canned coconut milk
1/4 cup of water
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 cut frozen apple (usually peel, cut into four pieces and freeze)
2 Frozen bananas
1 tsp of vanilla
5 pitted dates (or a tablespoon of honey)
