Main Ingredients

15 cups of air popped popcorn

1 pound of white chocolate

1/4 cup of large red sugar

1/4 cup of red, green, white round sprinkles

Preparation

1Melt the white chocolate. Grab a large bowl and add the air popped popcorn, pour the melted white chocolate on top. With a spatula gently fold the popcorn into the white chocolate.

2Sprinkle on the red sugar and round sprinkles. Fold again.

3Line a large baking sheet, or two normal baking sheets with parchment paper. Dump the popcorn out onto the prepared baking sheets. Evenly sprinkle the M&M'S over the popcorn.

4Either let the popcorn harden on the countertop over a few hours, or place the baking sheets in the fridge for 10 minutes. When the chocolate has hardened again then break the popcorn up and serve right away.

5You can also place in airtight containers and store for up to a week in the pantry.
