Main Ingredients

2 pounds of high quality dark chocolate

2 pounds of high quality white chocolate

1 1/2 cups of pistachios, removed from the shell

1 1/2 cups of dried cranberries

1 tablespoon of pink himalayan salt

Preparation

1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Melt your chocolate, slowly and carefully. Real Simple explains it well on this tutorial.

3Once chocolate is melted, pour the melted chocolate first over the prepared pan. Then drizzle and swirl the melted dark chocolate over the top. Take a bamboo skewer and gently mix the two chocolates together by swirling the skewer around in the chocolate.

4Cut up the pistachios into smaller pieces, still leaving some good sized chunks. Evenly distribute the pistachios and cranberries over the melted chocolate. Gently press into the chocolate. Sprinkle the salt on top and then place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.

5Once the chocolate has hardened, break it up into pieces. Place into an air tight container and freeze until needed, or package into little baggies to give to friends, or just enjoy and eat it!
