Main Ingredients



vegan cheese shreds

refried pinto beans

flour tortillas

1 avocado

1/2 bundle of cilantro

1 - 2 garlic cloves

2 - 3 jalapeños

juice of half a lime

1/2 - 1 c of water



1Start making the guacamole salsa by adding the garlic cloves, avocado, cilantro, jalapeños, lime juice, and 1/2 cup of water. Blend.

2Once blended, add salt to taste (or 1/2 tsp). If salsa is too thick add small amounts of water. Salsa should be the consistency of sour cream.

3In a pan, heat your soyrizo as instructed on the package, then combine your tofuevo scramble. Sprinkle vegan cheese shreds on top and cover pan for 3-5 minutes.

4On a separate pan, heat your refried beans.

5Start heating up your flour tortillas. Then add beans, soyrizo-tofuevo, and salsa to your tortilla.

6Fold into burrito and enjoy!
