Chocolate Sea-salt Cookies

People think it's really hard to get cookies that are ooey gooey in the middle and crispy on the outside, but it's actually not hard at all. If you use the right ingredients and don't over bake them, your cookies will come out perfectly!

Main Ingredients

2 sticks of grass-fed butter

1 cup of coconut sugar

1 cup of cacao powder

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of baking soda

2 cups of organic flour

1 tsp of himalayan sea salt

2 large eggs

1 tbs of vanilla extract

2 cups of chopped baking chocolate

chunky sea

Preparation

1Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

2Add melted grass-fed butter, coconut sugar, and cacao powder to a stand mixer and mix on low.

3Next, add the baking powder, baking soda, organic flour, and Himalayan sea-salt and mix on low again.

4Next, add the eggs, vanilla extract, and chopped baking chocolate and mix on the medium setting until combined.

5Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and take a cookie dough scooper and scoop out out the cookie dough into balls onto the baking sheet.

6Bake for 10-15-minutes at 350-degrees.

7Add more chunky sea-salt and chopped baking chocolate to the tops of the cookies and let cook for 10-minutes before enjoying the heck out of these delicious cookies!

Additional Notes

I do not suggest attempting to make these gluten-free as I don't think it would work well with these cookies, but feel free to try it and let me know how it turns out.
