Main Ingredients

3/4 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup + tbsp coconut flour

15 cup + tbsp chocolate protein powder (i used nuzest vegan protein - if you want to buy some click the link at the bottom for % off)

3 tbsp honey

healthy pinch of cinnamon & nutmeg

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (or other add in of choice)

Preparation

1Mix all ingredients together in stand mixer or big bowl then use your hands to form tablespoon sized balls. Store in fridge or freezer (I like freezer for these - they taste like little pumpkin ice cream bites).
