Main Ingredients

125 g milk chocolate, chopped

1 tbsp butter, chopped

1 1/2 cups puffed rice cereal (like rice bubbles-use a gluten free version for a gluten free option)

1 cup speckled candy coated eggs

1Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir constantly with a spoon or spatula until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.

2Add your cereal and stir to combine.

3Use two spoons to arrange your cereal mixture into small mounds on your prepared tray. Create a small well in the middle to form the "nest" shape.

4Place a few eggs into each of your "nests" and chill your nests in the fridge until set.
