Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookies

Who doesn't love an oooey gooey chocolate chip cookie fresh from the oven. Now you have a healthier version. However, it is still easy to over-indulge. Don't say you weren't warned!:)

Main Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/3 cup raw honey

1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 - 2 drops of cinnamon bark vitality oil

1 - 2 drops of nutmeg vitality oil

2 eggs

1/2 chocolate chips (i use enjoy life brand)


1Mix dry ingredients together, set aside.

2Whisk eggs, vanilla, coconut oil until blended.

3Combine wet ingredients with dry mixture and stir until well mixed.

4Stir in chocolate chips.

5Lightly oil skillet with olive or coconut oil

6Spread and press into a round cast iron skillet or glass baking dish.

7Bake on 375 for about 10-12 minutes or until brown on the edges.
