Main Ingredients

2 cups all - purpose flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp. vanilla paste or extract

2 eggs

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips


1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt together. Whisk to aerate. Set aside.

3Mix softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat on high speed until light and fluffy. About 3-4 minutes.

4Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time until incorporated.

5Fold in chocolate chips.

6Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop out cookie dough. Cookie dough should be at least 2" apart.

7Bake for 7-8 minutes. Cool, and enjoy!
