1 tbsp vanilla

salt

6 ounces chocolate

3 cups water

For raspberry sauce

Preparation

1SPRAY SPRING PAN WITH PAM THEN LINE PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER SPRAY MORE PAM ON PARCHMENT PAPER

2IN A MIXING BOWL ADD CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR THEN BEAT WITH MIXER ON MEDIUM SPEED TILL WELL BLENDED

3CONTINUE TO BEAT WITH MIXER WHILE ADDING EGGS VANILLA SALT AND MELTED CHOCOLATE TILL SMOOTH

4POUR BATTER INTO PAN THEN PLACE A PAPER TOWEL ON TOP OF PAN AND WRAP IN FOIL

5POUR WATER INTO PRESSURE COOKER THEN PLACE PAN INTO WATER

6LOCK LID IN PLACE THEN SET TIMER FOR 30 MINUTES

7WHEN PRESSURE IS RELEASED LEAVE CAKE IN COOKER FOR 30 MIUTES MORE

8REMOVE CAKE THEN CHILL FOR 3 HOURS
