I love quick breakfasts for weekday mornings. This is perfect for throwing in a cup and "eatting" on your morning commute. Bonus: you won't have that midmorning crash from a sugary breakfast

2 scoops young living chocolate pure protein complete
1/4 cup raw cashews
1 cup ice cubes
1Put all ingredients in a high speed blender in the order listed.
