Chinese Olive Fried Rice Recipe

This fried rice recipe has a different twist from more common fried rice because of the flavor of the olives. The Chinese olives taste quite different from Mediterranean style olives. In Thailand, the olives are imported from China, thus make them relatively expensive. So the Chinese olive fried rice is not so common that you would find it in any restaurants. Unlike other common fried rice, there is no egg in Chinese olive fried rice.
