Chilled Strawberry Soup
This dairy-free, low carb, low calorie dessert soup makes 3-12 ounce servings that are guilt-free and delicious.

2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
2 cups unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar free fat free instant pudding
20 drops young living vitality essential oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
stevia or raw honey, to taste
2Add all ingredients to blender and puree.
3Chill for 20 minutes and serve.
Garnish with mint or edible flowers and whipped cream as desired.
