Main Ingredients

1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil

2 - 3 clove of garlic

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flake

3 - 4 cups chickweed, rinsed

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

1In a blender, blend olive oil with garlic and pepper flake until garlic is in small pieces.

2Add chickweed to blender and pulse until well combined. You may need to add more oil if it is too thick.

3Add parmesan and pulse to combine.

4Taste it and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
