Main Ingredients

1/2 cup garbanzo bean flour

1/4 cup oat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp cinnamon

4 tsp coconut sugar

1 egg 1/2 cup canned coconut milk

1/4 cup oj

2 tbsp coconut or grapeseed oil

1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

1In a large bowl, mix your dry ingredients (flours, baking powder and baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar). Whisk to combine. Set aside.

2In a small bowl, mix the wet ingredients (egg, milk, oil, and vanilla extract). Whisk to combine. Set aside.

3Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Whisk to mix.

4Allow batter to sit for 5-10 minutes.

5Preheat waffle iron. Grease with extra oil if necessary.

6Pour batter per your waffle maker's instructions and cook. I used 1/3 cup for each square of my 2 square waffle iron.

7Remove from iron and cool on a wire rack. Serve as desired. Enjoy!!
