Chickpea Cookie Dough

This is a recipe that I saw and had to put my own spin on it. I am trying to eat healthy and needed something sweet. I hope you enjoy as much as I did.

Main Ingredients

1 chickpeas-can 14 oz drained and rinsed

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons maple syrup-i used log cabin sugar free

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon


1Drain and rinse chickpeas.

2Place all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3Move to bowl, serve immediately, or chill in fridge for up to 6 days in airtight container.

Additional Notes

Optional, once blended move to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips or what my daughter loved m&m's . Also we dipped apples into this!
