Main Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breast

14.5 oz two can chicken broth

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tbsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

2 tsp garlic

2 tsp onion powder

1 can rotel

1 can corn

1 can black beans

2 tsp cilantro


tortilla chips




sour cream


1Salt thawed chicken breast on both sides

2place in crock pot with half a can of broth and seasoning and let cook 4 hours on high

3After four hours shred the chicken

4drain your corn and drain and rinse your black beans

5add all the rest of the ingredients to the crock pot (including the rest of the chicken broth.)

6Let cook another hour on low.

7Serve in a bowl and top with any toppings you desire
