Main Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

4 soft rolls

4 slices mozzarella cheese

16 oz crushed tomatoes

1/4 cup onion, finely diced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp garlic, chopped

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp pepper


1In a bowl, mix chicken, onion, 1 Tbsp parsley, 1/2 tsp garlic salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.

2Shape into patties that fit the roll you selected.

3Heat olive oil in a pan and fry patties until browned and cooked through.

4Meanwhile combine tomatoes, chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and remaining parsley in a saucepan and heat.

5When patties are finished (approx 8 minutes), add a teaspoon of water to pan and top with cheese slices. Cover and allow cheese to melt.

6To assemble, coat the inside of slices roll with sauce, add patty and top with more sauce.
