Main Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken cut into bite sized cubes or strips

1 Small onion, chopped

1 tablespoon minced garlic

10 (oz) can mild green chili sauce

10 (oz can mild red chili sauce

15 (oz) can of tomato sauce

4 (oz) can of diced green chilies

1 - 2 (15oz) cans black beans

15 (oz) can corn

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 - 2 cups heavy cream

shredded cheese for topping


1In a large pan stir together ALL ingredients EXCEPT for the Heavy Cream and cheese. Heat for 15-20 minutes

2Add Heavy cream and heat an additional 5-10 minutes until hot. (The more cream you use the more mild the soup becomes.)

3Serve topped with shredded cheese!
