In a large bowl toss all the ingredients together. Make sure the dressing has evenly coated all the ingredients. Main Ingredients

4 garden vegetable tortillas

8 cups of thinly sliced romaine lettuce

1/2 cup of real bacon crumbles, i use kirkland ones

1/3 cup of freshly grated parmesan reggiano cheese

2 chicken breasts, cooked and thinly sliced

1/3 cup of renee's mighty caesar dressing (or any caesar salad dressing that is thick)

Preparation

1In a large bowl toss all the ingredients together. Make sure the dressing has evenly coated all the ingredients.

2Place 1/4 of the mix into a tortilla shell, fold by bringing the sides into the center, then turn the tortilla shell where there is a open flap. Tuck the flap over all the folded sides and tuck over the filling, and continue to wrap until it is tight. Cut the wrap on an angle down the center.

3Repeat the process for the other 3 tortilla shells.
