1 beefsteak tomato

8203 &#;1/4 cup white onion

1 jalapeno pepper

1/2 fresh cilantro

1 cup rice

2 cups chicken stock

8203 &#;1 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 can pinto beans

8203 &#;1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice

Preparation
