Chia Seed Yogurt With Grapefruit Essential Oil
Chia Seeds are packed full of health benefits including being high in fibre and are a great way to start your morning. Add a drop of essential oil for even more energy!

1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
1 drop grapefruit essential oil
handful pomegranate seeds
1In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt and milk. Stir in the chia seeds. Cover and set in the refrigerator overnight.
2In the morning, add the honey and essential oil to the mixture, stir well.
3Spoon mixture into a bowl and top with granola and a handful of pomegranate seeds.
