Chia Pudding

In a jam or mason jar stir in the chia seeds and milk together with your sweetner. After ten minutes or so mix it again so make sure it's blended evenly. Leave it in a fridge for approximately 8 hours or overnight. A jelly-like consistency will have formed. Add whatever toppings you like and enjoy. Use within 3 days.

1 date finely chopped or 1 teaspoon of agave.
